BASMATI RICE

In saucepan heat ghee and then add rice. Stir rice on medium heat for one min. Add water and spices and bring to a boil. Cover and put on low heat to simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot.

Items Required:

2 cup white rice

1 spoon salt

1 spoon black pepper

2 cup water

1 spoon pure ghee
