CURD PATTIES RECIPES

ITEM REQUIRED:

2 gallon milk
11/2 spoon salt
3 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 spoon black pepper
5 tablespoon ghee

From milk, you will make curd. After that, press curd for 30 minutes. Knead curd into a smooth consistency by pressing against counter top or board with palm of hand. Add coriander leaves and spices to curd. Make 13 balls and form into patties 3 inches in diameter.
You heat ghee in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Fry patties on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot.
