PITA PIZZA

Preheat oven to 400 degree. Place 3 pita breads on baking sheet. Spread each with ½ cup of tomato sauce. Top with vegetables and cheese. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake 20 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble and brown. Repeat pita breads.

Required Items:

Oregano

3 cup sliced zucchini

Tomato Sauce

½ cup grated Monterrey jack cheese

2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

2 cup chopped green peppers

4-inch whole wheat pita breads
