In saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add hing and basil, and stir in puree, water and salt. Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat and slimmer for 25 minutes, after that stirring occasionally. Remove it from heat and stir in oregano.

½ teaspoon hing
2 spoon sweet basil
2 spoon oregano
