2 ½ cups whipping cream
1½ cup evaporated milk
1½ cup yogurt
1½ cup turbinado sugar
2 ½ teaspoons vanilla
In bowl combine whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla. Whip with mixer until stiff. Add evaporated milk and yogurt. Mix 20 seconds on low speed.
Cover and put in freezer. Stir every 40 minutes until frozen (about 6 hours).
You serves for hot.
