GHEE


You know about making ghee is very easy one. Get four pounds of butter into a small saucepan. Then heat over normal heat, stirring occasionally, the butter melts until comes to a boil. You reduce the heat to a very low temperature, when the top of the butter is covered with frothy white foam. The cooking time will be about two hours. With a wire meshed skimmer, you skim off the thin crust on the surface. The actual finished ghee is crystal clear and pale gold in color and then ghee becomes dark when it is cooked on medium heat.
